The ordering window for each week will be Sunday through Thursday noon. Pickup will be Saturdays from either my location in Collinsville or a farmers market where I am set up for that morning, most likely Alton. If you cannot pickup at the farmers market, you can pickup at my location on Saturday afternoon.
